I tried the chicken adobo, pork sisig, and beef papaitan, and let me tell you, each dish was a culinary slap in the face—in the best way possible. The chicken adobo? It was so tender and flavorful, it felt like being hugged by a Filipino grandma I never had. The pork sisig? Crispy, tangy, and creamy all at once—like a party in my mouth where every guest brought their A-game. And the beef papaitan? It was a bold, rich broth that made me rethink every soup I’ve ever had. Gordon Ramsay himself would take one bite, drop his fork, and start apologizing for all his life choices. “Finally,” he’d say, “food that doesn’t need my two cents.” Bottom line: Na Gamma’s is where taste buds go to worship. Don’t just take my word for it—go and let the food roast your soul better than Ramsay ever could. ”

“ Small shop has roughly five+ tables available. Service was polite. Cannot recommend Dinuguan enough, it was the best thing on the menu! (Picture not included) the other menu items were good and portion sizes are huge. Rolls come in serving size of four. Shop does close at 7pm, parking lot is small ”

“ I was eating at a place nearby when I noticed the sign for Na Gemma's and was instantly excited! I am a US Navy veteran who developed a great love and admiration for the Filipino people and their food and while there has been a Filipino restaurant over by Tinker AFB for years, I'm never over in that area so it might as well not exist and therefor too, it has been a very long time since I last had Filipino food but all of this to tell you that it won't be the last. This place is an absolute hidden gem! It's pretty small, with only about a dozen 4 top tables, but the space is clean and well decorated with a beach hut vibe. Then you are met by the two lovely ladies running the place. Mother and daughter was the feeling that I got, but I didn't ask. They've only been open for about 3 or 4 months, but I can tell you all that I will be working to single-handedly keep them open forever....lol! When I go for any ethnic food at a new place, I always order at least one ubiquitous item and then some sort of specialty if they have it and I was able to do that here today. I ordered the pork adobo as my ubiquitous item. Adobo is the Philippines national dish, so I always get it and I can tell you hands down, that it's about the best I've ever had! And I've had it in the P.I. and or from many a Filipino cook home in the States and even in a couple of other countries and this was absolutely some of the very best I've ever had. They have both chicken and pork available every day. I also ordered the Embotito, which is a meatloaf and am I ever glad that I did! My gosh! So tasty! It's made with ground pork and has a great seasoning as well as a few raisins which are actually a really nice little bite each time. Served with rice, it was hard not to want to try to eat every bit of it but I also had 6 pork lumpia (They only come 6 or 12 to an order) to contend with, along with the adobo so even though I grubbed out, I still took a nice leftover box with me. They also have beef lumpia and I believe you can order 3 of them at a time, but don't quote me on that. I'll be having them on my next visit. I ordered a piece of leche flan for dessert and while the young lady that acted as server was concerned that I wouldn't like it because it was still warm from being freshly made and is intended to be eaten cold, but I ordered it because I love egg custard and I happen to like it warm, so I had a bite there...lol! So good! If I hadn't been so full, I would have probably eaten at least half of it warm right there! They are open Tuesday through Saturday so my next opportunity to try new menu items is two days away...lol! They are good about posting to Facebook each day what the specials are, so be sure to check that out before you go and I'll see you there! ”

“ “I’m going back as soon as I can!” That’s from my husband who had a chicken barbecue and pork adobo combo. We all had a combo. Mine was sisig and daing na bangus (fish marinated in vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt mixture), then fried. My son had dinuguan and pancit (noodles with pork and vegetables, all in the photo). Then we shared beef spring rolls and took home siopao (steamed buns with pork filling). All good! The favorite was, of course, the beef lumpia (spring rolls). Love it! ”

“ This place has amazing food. The actual restaurant is pretty small but cute enough. Where this place shines is its food. The food was fresh and flavorful. They have rotating add ons for the combo so there is always something interesting to try. And the food is an amazing value. The portions are large for the price. When you check out don't forget to grab some of their baked goods. They have a filled sweet bread that is a lightly sweet treat for snacking on later. ”

“ First time here, and I really enjoyed the food. Friendly service and everything was hot and tasty when it came out. Seemed as though it wasn't just sitting around waiting to be ordered. Lumpia was incredible as were the main dishes too. Mine came with garlic rice. A definite winner. On SE 29 in Del City. You should definitely give them a try. Most meals ran around 14 dollars, and the taste and portions made it a bargain. Casual place to grab a bite. ”
